Twotter mod removed from Flightsim.to at request of Aerosoft

I wish we could all gather round a ceremonial bonfire of this product but that's very hard to do with software.

I was holding off on the Twotter based on reviews, but I absolutely intended to buy it once it matured a bit.

Certainly not now.

Exactly... they've lost a sale.  Instead, they could have allowed this guy to address the shortcomings that THEY failed to address....and then gain you as a customer most likely.

Items on the Marketplace don't really mature....  I suppose Carenado has had a few patches but even they have stated how frustrated they are with the speed at which updates occur.  People still don't have the updated Just Flight Piper GTN Xi updates...

Congrats Aerosoft now you have just enticed me to search and acquire the removed mods and you've lost a customer.🤣😂

Thanks for the half baked twin otter the FREEWARE ADDON COMMUNITY were better at improving.

I downloaded the mod yesterday cuz i was going to buy the Twotter in a few days, but after the MK statement it's become a no buy to me. At least once it gets better.Anyway,if someone needs the mod...

They need to be careful because millions of MSFS users are going to download the mod even if they don't have the plane. Gimme a freakin' break!

That's what I did.

Another reason for me to avoid Aerosoft until they change their mindset. They lost me with their release of the CRJ but then I thought let me give them another chance with the Twotter....

Thank you for the kind words and support, everyone. All I wanted from this was to improve a product I felt was sub-par after Aerosoft refused to accept advice/help.

I think they need to look at FBW tweaks and mods to see how much they contributed to Asobo and Microsoft.

I personally never cared for what came out of MK's mouth as far as determining if I'd buy an Aerosoft product or not, but trying to bully and silence freeware devs instead of giving them kudos and credit where due was the final straw.

MK is just as insecure over the Twin Otter's flaws as Kanye West is over losing Kim Kardashian.😂🤣

Maybe they are willing to share your mod on their forum to customers that can prove they bought the plane?

MSFS

Ask Microsoft how FBW helped MSFS ? Ask them how Heavy Division helped with the 787. Heck they even featured it on their official twitch channel.

I almost downloaded the Mod yesterday but didn't for some reason. I now wish I had.

Aerosoft sucks. I’ll never buy anything from ever again especially after their CRJ release. What a joke.

Imagine Microsoft had taken down the initial G1000 NXi and CJ4 mods by WorkingTitle, instead they hired them and WorkingTitle have since helped making MSFS a much better product. I guess this is the difference between marketing professionals and marketing amateurs playing copyright professionals.
