We are all "fighting" to have a simulator as compelling today as it was before its release.

What was highlighted as exceptional before the release is no longer so today.

-Live weather before - Live weather  now (not mastered)

-Clouds before - Clouds now (not mastered)

-16 cloud level before - 16 clouds level now (not mastered)

-Live Traffic before - Live traffic now (not mastered)

-Photogrammetry before - Photogrammetry now  (not mastered)

etc...

For me everything has become a little average in each compartment.

I hope it's directx11's fault.

And I'm not even going to tell you more about what Google Map is capable of... It's no use.

Yes! fortunately there is Fenix and 737..it helped them a lot to make us forget the rest a bit.

I don't fly for others, I fly for myself and that's how I feel

You forgot ATC. The voices are now worse than they were when the sim was released.

Oh yeah, I think everything you listed is completely valid and needs to be fixed, despite my very rosy outlook on things.

They are added new voices other than that there is no change since release

All I hear is two voices and sometimes after update 7 they sounded more like kids. It's like when AZURE voices became disabled. I've become used to them and I'm hoping for more variety. Let's hope that ASOBO assigns this area to Dave from P2A. 😀

It sound like you using default windows voices. Sometimes when connection with Azure server lost MSFS automatically switch to windows voices. if that the case and you have to go to settings and switch back to Azure voices manually.

I'm using Azure. I know the difference between the two because I've lost connection many times and heard the change. The new voices are not as bad as when you lose connection, but not as good as they were.

What? No they sound a lot better.

All of these have been improved since release.

Weather is a lot more accurate than it was before, and they've implemented local METAR when near airports
Clouds are smoother and more varied
Live traffic is now showing almost twice as much as it did at launch
Photogrammetry all depends on what data set they buy, but some looks better than others.

When you loose connection you get default windows voices. I think you confusing them with Azure. Default windows voices and Azure voice don't sound the same at all. Like you mentioned above windows voices sounds like a kid

I feel guilty now buying stuff from other stores and not the Marketplace 😔

Marketplace it is for me from now, just to give back a little to msfs.

Too bad you can't buy the most advanced aircraft in the Marketplace at the moment for actual "simming".

Strongly disagree. Those items have been gradually improving since released

I was  hoping helicopter wise that we would follow DCS and Xplane.. Is Nemeth up to the task? I am afraid they will just do what they did in FSX/P3D and i don't think it was to that level.. but i guess it's still better than nothing..

I'm perfectly happy with Nemeth doing the freebie.  It's clearly not going to be super in depth as its a default Heli, but they are more than up to the task.

Once the update is out I have no doubt high level helis will come.   I still holding out hope for a high end Chinook.  A man must dream 🙂

Yes that's what they said,that's what they did,that's what i didn't see.

I preferred the live weather before, the clouds before, and the luminosity rendering before,

About Photogrammetry it's only pretty in an upright position and the color of the buildings is black.

It's very clear in my head.

I don‘t see a negative tendency in this regard in general. Some of the updated cities were disappointing (e.g. London) but other  recently added cities look amazing, actually better than the ones that were there on release (e.g. the area west of Lisbon).

Regarding weather, I’m not sure. There was a time when it looked awful (when they were on the ground and when metar was first introduced) but it looks better again. Possible that it‘s still not as good as on release, I don‘t know. Big steps certainly haven’t been made on that front, at least visually.
