From the install and setup video posted on the first page they talk about two buttons added in the MSFS toolbar to reset traffic and remove nearby aircraft. Has anybody tried these, especially the remove nearby aircraft one? How weel does it work and how near to the aircraft does it remove? This really interest me based on sometimes approach being overrun by larger commercial aircraft, having no room to fit into all the landings and many times having to go around. One thing that I'd love is a way to remove planes messing with me on final causing go arounds and near misses. Found it on there site at https://www.fslivetrafficliveries.com/user-guide/ Quote In-Sim Running Control Options While the injector is running, you can control a couple of aspects of its behavior by just having the injector window active and hitting one of the 2 keys below: r : this will completely restart the injection by removing all aircraft in the air and resetting the history of the aircraft state x : this will remove (cull) any aircraft within 5km of your aircraft - this is useful on final when Asobo ATC often has too many stacked aircraft. Is a conflicting plane about to cut you off on final? Make them disappear for a smooth landing and avoid a go-around! I wish this was configurable or a less value. 5KM seems a little much. September 30, 20223 yr 5km isn't much when you are in final at 85 knots and a large airliner is bearing down on you at 140 plus.

That is just 2.7nm, not really much in a final, way sufficient to remove only that plane in front of you if needed. September 30, 20223 yr I just want nice planes flying around making it look busy. I Couldn’t care less if they are filling the latest company flight plans, or even if it’s the right plane. So for me this addon is perfect.

I could almost agree, except there are also issues with aircraft doing silly donuts while taxiing, low flying airliners buzzing the airport inapproriately, etc. These aren't the fault of FSLTL, but until they're addressed by Asobo, these are the true "immersion killers" for me.

You may have a problem then, because this addon uses real world flights data and uses the right planes. The way you say it makes it look like it uses random flights and wrong planes. I didn't see any yet and I always do with AIG and MSFS Online Traffic. Set the time to 90 seconds and you will be ok. For now I’ll likely use it when doing real-time GA flights and stick to AIG when doing airliner flights. Off to a good start and well worth the few minutes it took to download it. Been using AIG for ages. Installed FSLTL for 60 minutes, observed three aircraft on final (no more than a couple of hundred feet between them) with two going around, aircraft do not rotate - they rather float into the air and several Mexican standoffs on the ground. AIG aircraft are about 35 seconds behind reality, but I never saw a single aircraft in FSLTL anywhere near real time. AIG has every GA aircraft displayed that's there in realty so no need not to use AIG for GA. Reloaded AIG as fast as I could. Unless you are referring to using the sim's Real Time traffic and your AIG livery collection which ISN'T the same as AIG. AIG also doesn't have much for GA as there's no models for GA (GA being light single engined or small twins etc) i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024

Thats where you go to a different airport until you can handle not doing 85 on final until inside the fence. September 30, 20223 yr So far, so reasonable. I've seen two Delta A330s land at Seattle, turn off at the end of the runway, and then stop. Everything on approach behind then goes around. Certainly, the models look better than the default Asobo ones. Not there yet, but this is well worth persisting with. Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting. https://rationalwiki.org
