No idea, saturation I guess, maybe they use limiters and leave some people on and some off to give people online decent throughput, who knows.

Yeah the servers are struggling currently.

Marketplace was ok earlier - but I'm now seeing the same, maybe they have disabled it to free up bandwidth.

I will be looking for alternative entertainment this evening.
Let everyone hammer the servers for downloads now and for the the rest of today. Flying should be OK tomorrow and Sunday.

Same here -- Ontario, Canada -- all online services are unreachable. 

I suspect they are a little overwhelmed. Hopefully resolves soon.

Isn't it funny how Microsoft always states it's YOUR internet connection that doesn't work when they are the only site that can't be connected too.
