February 1, 20233 yr I went from a 3090 with 5900X to a 4090 and 5800X3D and couldn't be happier with perf in MSFS and P3D at 4K. Worth it for me. Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers

I have one on order, and I just wanted to confirm that with the 4090, it is recommended to have HAGS turned ON. Can some current 4090 users confirm or deny this? If you don't enable HAGS, you can't use frame generation. Required setting.

This shouldn't be the norm, they should be at least 30% less than what they are charging. Edited February 1, 20233 yr by shamrockflyer

My energy bill went from £150 per month to £350. Even if the prices come back down, the ‘new norm’ would be £250 a month. A £100 increase. Same with food, travel, clothes, petrol etc etc etc.

Nope you can run TAA with frame gen. If I remember correctly, some found that disabling it helped reduce stutters with some video cards.
