No. But since everything looks and feels very different than the usual airliners, you will have to study enough nevertheless.

Ah fair enough - thanks

Anyone tested it yet?

I tried to fly from KSFO to KOAK.

The plane flies very smoothly, but I couldn't reach Oakland airport (almost..., very nearly....). I splashed in the bay!

I'll try it later or tomorrow (I've downloaded the manual).

Regards.

Do we have a flight_model.cfg file or is not available for any modifications?

747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.

14 liveries 🤣

That's gotta be the first and only plane in flightsim history that has more liveries in MSFS than aircraft were produced in real life.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Hows the performance guys? Are we talking PMDG 737 performance, Fenix, inibuilds A310 etc?

Hm? I only see 7. Or do you mean third party ones made so far.

Just bought it. No real interest in flying it, but if the money goes to Ukraine, im there!

Just departed Honolulu but no idea what I'm doing ; now to read the manual.

Nice External model , smooth and heavy in flight and internal graphics are OK for the price point.

Surely the real beast had some western altimeters fitted for use with Flight Levels post USSR , perhaps I'm missing something

Lots to learn.

Worse than the Fenix for me, that's the first plane I am unable to keep a constant locked 30fps.

I have 40 fps at KIAH without any traffic, so not bad at all.

This plane has some dirty exhaust gas. 🙂 Very nice touch!

The roll rate is similar to the Spitfire. That might be a bit too nimble for a plane of this dimensions.

That probably depends on the cargo weight loaded sure, like in real life.

Should be. I had the two fire trucks loaded (very well fixed, they didn't move) but will try some aerobatics with the huge boiler and full fuel tanks. 🙂 Airspeed should influence the roll rate, too, as it does quite realistically in the Spitfire.

Visually at least the Antonov looks fantastic. Tomorrow I am going to do a real flight.

Geez, is the speed of the cargo door opening, kneeling and ramp extension real? I guess so, because this could have been made slightly faster, it takes forever to do in the sim 😉 But very nice model, looking forward to take her on a trip once.

I've read about it somewhere: yes, it takes 7 minutes or so just to open the door, but I think they have a faster option available in the model.
