I think I'm an outlier here but I'd really like to see their C182 next.

An analog 182 isn't a bad thing either.  I'd certainly prefer that over a 172.  The carenado 182RG is pretty good for now - obviously not at a2a level.

Hi Len, Our flight model aerodynamics are 100% outside MSFS including wind physics (we read the weather conditions reported by the simulator). This is why the airplane feels different as it flies t

Someone back a few pages asked about spark plug fouling, so just some context first.  I purchased a 1959 Comanche 6229P back in 2012.  It came with standard “massive” type spark plugs which are prone

Aerostar! We need twin with acusim!

Of course if the plans for Accusim 2 to support turbine engines have come to fruition why limit ourselves to piston engines... 🙂

Will Purchase this when I return to simming in September.

Customisable persistent airplane with failure and wear simulation
which can be adjusted and deactivated if desired

^^^^^ this is what every addon (and default) plane should have!

Finally, Finally, an airplane that feels right in VR mode.

Thank you A2A.  It's been a long wait, but so worth it.

😀😄😍👍

Having only returned to a flight sim when MSFS was launched after decades away, I had only heard about A2A's reputation in various threads from fellow members. And what can i say, it's a work of art. The attention to detail, and the full experience is second to non, I watched a couple of presentations on You Tube just to fill my curiosity, and bought it ... Really looking forward to some tours in this one.

For me I’d love to see their V tail bonanza next.  The Carenado one is fun but it’s nowhere as good at killing me as the A2A one was in P3D 🙂

There was mention on the official forums of how most button panels don’t play too well with this aircraft with the battery switch being the example given.  I experienced this too with my Logitech switch panel and while I imagine the battery switch in this aircraft does a lot more in the background than in a default aircraft it would be nice to be able to use switch panels etc with this aircraft.  I haven’t gotten into spad.next yet but maybe that’s the answer here?

The plane comes with a Control Config utility that is added to the start menu when your install but it seems to be missing a number of controls like the battery switch that can't be mapped working MSFS.

Hopefully those can be added in a future update which worked mean for can set things up without needing a third party app.

I'm another that is desperate for the A2A 182...great for getting into shorter strips...but would also be very happy with T-6, Cherokee 180 and Aerostar.  Comanche isn't something a flew much in p3d as it didn't float my boat at the time ...but cant resist it this time round...great birthday present to myself!

Thanks I did have a look at that but as you say it’s missing a bunch of controls - it almost seems random which ones are include TBH.

I love the fact that the autopilot won't fly a full coupled approach for you ;).

Also... Bonanza, 182, Aerostar next?  Meh.  We already have a decent IFR / x country machine in the Comanche.  CUB NEXT!!   😁

When the plane (and trimming) feels this great who wants to let the AP have all the fun ?

And you can still have the needles for a precision approach if needed.

Anyone else have no sound? I turned the volume up in the tablet and MSFS settings but I can't hear the Accusim sounds like the engine or anything else.

I do get every other sound from MSFS, like wind, ATC, etc...

Do you use multiple sound devices in Windows? Accu-sim normally plays through the default device, maybe the sim is set manually to a different one?

A few people have reported this on the A2A forums. In most cases, it turns out that the external A2A app that is required isn't running. You should see an A2A app in your system tray if it's running. If not, you can manually start it by running the "HelperA2AserviceMSFS.exe" file that can be found in your user's ".\AppData\Roaming\A2A Simulations" folder.

See: https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=151&t=74696

The failure of the helper app to start automatically has been traced to bad XML in MSFS's exe.xml file in some cases (see:  https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=151&t=74708).

To me is the most fun in MSFS is to shoot approaches by hand, regardless of sophistication of autopilot  🙂

Thank you! I thought I was missing an obvious error. Much appreciate it!
