This is why the airplane feels different as it flies through the air. We started developing this system three years ago, and this has been a dream of ours for some time so I hope everyone enjoys it. It should feel very fluid and natural. Scott Thanks Scott, that's really appreciated! Wow, your engine is simulating the wind physics too, that's crazy! BTW, I am not a customer of this Comanche but the plane I really look forward to is the A2A Cessna 172. Hope you guys can make the Cessna 172 after this Comanche! i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

I understand that having your own external flight model will make cross-platform development much easier and you will have much more control. I doubt it anytime soon. Just Flight had very poor sales on XP 12 when they ported their planes from XP 11 to XP 12. I'm going to guess A2A wants the best profit on their projects and right now, that is MSFS. Maybe when most of the A2A lineup comes out to MSFS, A2A would consider XP 12, and that's if the situation with XP 12 improved in the future (ie. XP 12 gains more users). But that's my guess. Since Scott is here, he may give you the official answer. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

The Comanche has dynamic registration (or at least the default livery I just took up does), so you can change as desired. Hopefully the repainters will keep that option (just a personal preference).

Assuming this means you also interact with MSFS's atmospheric airflow including turbulence etc. Didn't realize all the weather data was available for external consumption from the MSFS SDK but sounds like it is (at least enough for you guys to build Accu-Sim around), so that's great. Am sure Accu-Sim is going to reap you many rewards down the road and hopefully makes it easier get your other aircraft out for MSFS more quickly. If you guys ever put how a deep-dive or how-it-works video on Accu-Sim I will be all over it 🙂 While I have you, is the ground handling and ground<->air transition physics also completely outside the sim? I'm guessing yes given what you've said. Also, is the granularity of the data from simvars coming out of MSFS good enough? (I've also heard some weather/other data are not available in simvars). This marks a first (I believe?) in MSFS for an aircraft FM to be completely outside the sim and definitely paves the way and increases options for architecting/developing birds for the sim. July 18, 20232 yr Will this be available on any other storefronts like ORBX or Just Flight? I try to keep my purchases to as few as possible storefronts. I will certainly buy this, but done mind waiting a few days if it will be available on one of my regular ones. All of the A2A products I own for P3D are all purchased from Just Flight.
