Just bought it. Let's see if I can install it outside of the community folder to link it with Addons Linker.

Hi Len, Our flight model aerodynamics are 100% outside MSFS including wind physics (we read the weather conditions reported by the simulator). This is why the airplane feels different as it flies t

It' saying it should be installed in the community folder and detected it automatically. Does anyone know if we can install in other folder and then link it with Addons Linker?

I'm quite tempted, I fly the Torquesim sr22 90% of my simulator time, this addon with that retro touch could be fun to see a similar depth of systems something that prevented me from flying vfr so far in mfs.

I I don't see a problem. You suppose fly airplane equally in VFR or IFR, the only difference if rules applied and ATC separation.

Trying to remember from P3D days, I believe that HSI in the real aircraft is not slaved, so you have to set it manually.

Yes Bob thanks, you are right. I've read up on it .

Try adjusting your elevator settings, I doubt seriously if there is something wrong with the flight model.

That's the trouble with MSFS. Each plane needs a different sensitivity profile. Can't be bothered and I'll just learn to be gentle.

And, the interface to associate those profiles with the various aircraft is not practical at all... You change plane and have to go to the CONTROLS menu and manually choose, for each of the controllers, the correct profile :-/

Would be great if they could adopt XP12's controller menu associations where you can create various profiles like in MFS and then associate them with each of the aircraft they belong to and then whenever you pull the aircraft the profiles will come with it ...

This has always been a point of discussion so some years ago they added a slider to adjust the elevator force.

Ah! Thank you so much. I can't really spend much time in the plane until Friday. I'll get to grips with it then. I've been married for over forty years and am not used to having things like Options.😀

Every sim I have ever flown usually requires different settiings for more than a few aircraft. I have never found one setting working for everything.

You could always use FSUIPC, then it is automatic, I haven't done that in MSFS, I feel that just changing three or four profiles just takes a few seconds, so no big deal.

Install in community folder, move it wherever you want, then link it back with addon linker.

It seems a bit jerky in pitch to me?

It's impossible to have a flight model that will work 100% with everyone's various different peripherals. Just play with the reactivity and sensitivity settings until you get something that feels right to you.

I've installed it directly into my addon linker folder and it works just fine.
