Wish there were more and bigger screenshots.. maybe a video

Will follow no doubt.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Hm. Had their BN-2 islander which felt a little lackluster. This does look like a step up…but no failures? Every circuit breaker is modeled, but no failures. One of the most exciting things to do in flight is having to deal with abnormalities. When I think of an old turboprop, I think of ‘worn and torn.’

I could not resist with so much beauty of a flying box. I have flown the Islander and Trislander before. Though visually they weren't on the top end, they were solid and you had to watch the engines giving it character.

The Shed is a step up for sure. More clickable, you can at least simulate failures with pulling on of the over hundred working circuit breakers. The visuals are better than on the BNs but still not where they would make it an instabuy. Lighting with the emissives like on the Trislander and overall quite nice.

What did really surprise me on the positive side is a TP model with fully working beta and reverse range with flight idle and ground fine etc. I just did a short hop and did not tip the brakes once on complete landing, turn and taxi to gate. All with throttle only in Beta range and RPMs in low taxi position. That is a night and day comparison if you in contrast see the Dash7 absolutely messed up TP model and ground handling.

Small little details like working little fans with spin up sound and working wipers are adding to the immersion.

I did only handfly on my short hop without AP and it feels like it looks. Def no fighter plane. Not a real pilot but it feels resonable.

Just some quick notes from first flight.

Cheers T.

Definitely very tempted with this one. Good to hear there's a decent TP model. What are the sounds like?

I gave her a quick try. It's decent model indeed. Graphic is OK. It feels quite heavy which I assume how it suppose to be IRL.

95% knobs and switches work. There are some that don't but they are not essential. WX radar works, rain drops wipe with wipers (nice)

There is no in game checklist which makes things a bit harder. No EFB or tablet as well for charts or checklist.

Yeah thats def a downside but this time you get at least two nice documents with all infos in it. Some dev still avoid the ingame checklists like plaque, where when they are filled amd setup nicely they are quite useful. EFB... EFB... was that the thing a company I shall not name needed more than a year presenting some really unspectacular def not feature rich version a few days ago? If I compare that to the tablet in the FSreborn 500 I have a hearty laugh 😄

Their Islander and Trislander are the planes I've used most, love the "feeling", great sounds etc. So really looking forward to fly the Shorts this weekend!

Here are some 4K images of all the default camera positions and an extra one of the cockpit, pointed down a bit so you can see the yoke better. Hope it's not too many.😟

I've only flown it a short time but, so far, I'm really enjoying it. It kind of has a peaceful, lumbering feel to it.

Looks detailed.   Modelling looks ok.    Texturing is (like other Blackbox products) quite under par.

If the price was more typical of something like this I'd definitely have gone for it, to do nice hops between Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and England.... but FIFTY EUROS !!!    This is more expensive than the FSReborn M500, the A2A Commanche, the same price as the Fenix A320.   When you look at what is provided for 30 Euros with the FSR M500 and then look at this....   Fifty Euros puts this in the Top 5 most expensive aircraft released for MSFS to date.    I'm just not seeing it here.    I hope those who were willing to spend that much really enjoy it.

It's a pack of two different, if related, aircraft (plus variants) so...

Yes, future versions are coming that are less expensive with fewer variations.

I'm always amazed how low the prices are for these top class aircraft.  Personally I would find aircraft like the HPG helicopters, FSReborn, BlackSquare etc good value at double the price.  The cost of each flight in the MSFS is tiny.  At 50 Euros for this 330, you would only be paying 2.5 Euros per flight, assuming a lifespan of 20 flights  - what other hobby or leisure activity gives you a cost that low?

and by that maths you get the 360 for free.
