December 10, 20232 yr Frame rate wise I see no difference between DX11 and DX12. Both run equally well with everything on high setting. What is the advantage of using DX12?
December 10, 20232 yr Just did KTPA to KBWI. It was fantastic. I landed at BWI in the rain and fog, which unfortunately is an accurate representation of the actual conditions here. Perfecty smooth the whole way, no stuttering at all. SU14 is the best version I've ever played. I have no idea why others are seeing the opposite. Anything is possible. I have a powershell script to clean up MSFS and related flies after every flight. Sceneryindexes, Nvidia shaders, flight plans and weather files... No idea if it helps, but I never seem to have major problems. I'm also always current on the Nvidia drivers. Just because some are experiencing the same/better performance doesn't mean those that aren't have changed a setting somewhere, I've seen both increases and decreases across the Sim Updates, this one for me is a decrease. December 11, 20232 yr Good thing to know in this thread is what works or not. With a 3060Ti FPS is down to 66 but no biggy for me. ATC is better and my HJET handles better. With DLSS and DX12 I have noticed odd ground tiles not in SU13 at KORS an ORBX scenery. Cheers sp
