I also totally disagree with the notion this was relased too early (I mean it's lietrally called "early access"), also it's working perfectly in 90% of my flights, which is more than I would expect in early access. But YMMV.
Remember in what state SI was when it started introducing IFR flights? It's even after 3 months still much worse than BATC in doing reliable IFR flights. Or the state when FSHud released? It did not even work with 3rd party airports.
 
Also: "Wrong" runways in what regard? With 20 kts of tailwind?

Purchased it today, used in a small airline test flight from FARO to LISBOA in the Fenix 320 and so far I am glad with my purchase.

I LOVE FSHUD, and will surely not drop using it, but I was long trying to find an easy to setup and functional ATC using voice recognition, so that I can practice. So far BATC appears to do the job rather satisfactorily, specially taking into consideration it's in early beta...

They really are two different animals..

I have experience in both and business software is kind of a cake wall compared to games development.  Business software generally has much narrower and more defined problems to solve - it’s a lot easier to make predictable deployment schedules as a result.

You may have paid for it, but they were pretty clear about what you were buying tbh.  Maybe cut them just a little slack for trying something so complicated in this niche hobby of ours?

The gate / ramp / cargo spot you will be auto assigned at your destination, should typically be much more accurate and is also displayed in the info bar when you touch down for reference. - Enhancement: When multiple frequencies exist for the same service at an airport, e.g. 4 Tower frequencies, 8 ground frequencies etc. BATC uses a second data source to try and filter the sim provided frequencies to a more realistic set. Tens of thousands of new customers for an EA version? That is amazing, really glad for them. Shows how huge this market is. And how disillusioned people are with the default ATC/AI system.

Had an interesting approach yesterday in Ibiza.  When I created my Simbrief flightplan the winds were favouring runway 24, but when I was approaching the airport the winds had shifted and runway 6 was active. ATC told me it had a new routing for me (or something to that extent) and to advise when ready to copy.  It then gave me the new arrival runway, new STAR etc.  Pretty cool, not sure if that was a recent addition or not but I hadn’t seen it before when the winds shifted away from the arrival runway in my flight plan.

Performed my 6th flight yesterday Washington Dulles to Los Angeles. Everything went well but I am still getting hand off's to centers that do not exist (frequency) so I have to switch back and check in. It happened with Memphis, Center, Ft. Worth Center, and Albuquerque Center. Other than that so far so good a few minor buds after landing ATC wanted me to turn left off the runway instead of right towards the terminal .

If by that you mean "contact XX Center on (silence)" you don't have to switch back. Just say "center" rather than "center on (frequency)" and it'll take it.

Ok I will give that a try next flight. I know I am being handed off to a center and at the bottom it's telling me frequency does not exist and when I say Center United xxx checking in FL xxx nothing but silence.
