Aerosoft has it for sale but it won't allow me to enter the serial number provided to me from FSS to get for free. Has anyone been able to download the free edition yet?? and it's not available on Contrail either. May 31, 20242 yr How to Step 1 Ensure you own both E-Jets Packages, the E170/175 and E190/195. It doesn't matter in which shop you bought it. Step 2 Ensure you have started a flight in Microsoft Flight Simulator with the E170/175 and E190/195 at least once after purchasing them. Step 3 Click on BUY NOW down below and receive a serial via E-Mail. Step 4 Add the serial in Contrail or Aerosoft One and install the aircraft. May 31, 20242 yr I have both the E170/175 and E190/195 packages and for me it was simply logging into Aerosoft One App and downloading the free freighter package. I remember reading somewhere from FSS that it should be hosted by whoever you purchased it from shortly. If not they have a way to redeem it somehow that was not complicated. You do have to own both though! I have not actually flown the freighter yet but I have taken the updated E-175 up for a spin with the latest update. I had a problem with the last update when the plane sort of took over and the throttles would firewall and it would point itself towards the ground at random times. Usually on final approach. However so far in the latest build that comes along side the freighter version does not do that!

May 31, 20242 yr I had trouble redeeming in Aerosoft One / website because I was doing it wrong - FYI for anyone having trouble, you have to go to the Library tab, then down in bottom left, "enter product key" and enter the code emailed from FSS. Then it was added to my library and available to download. May 31, 20242 yr I am not optimistic about the VNAV. The latest dev post was about them moving things to WASM, taking a month off in June, and that at FSS they will be showing off "a new project." They said they need to still port the MCDU to WASM before they insert the FMS code. All that said, I am still tempted because the CRJ is also a mess at times.

May 31, 20242 yr While I enjoy the 170/175 alot, I never cared to buy the 190/195 afterwards because of FSS's slow progress on the 190/195'S VNAV.
