Maybe I'm just in a bad mood, but it's annoying me that so many people walk along the street staring at their phones and walk straight into people, or realize at the last minute.

Had it happen  20 minutes ago, this time I leapt out of the way for her. Don't even think she noticed me at all, even after I veered out of the way.

Watched a women a few weeks ago walk across a pedestrian crossing, staring at her phone, without checking if a car was coming and if it has stopped.  I was behind and found myself checking for her, ready to alert her.

Sorry ladies, but most of the time they are female culprits.

If one of them is a Latina, the sound of a cheap motorbike will make her put her phone back into her pocket ASAP. Trust me 😂

When I was working in downtown San Francisco, I saw several women and men staring at their cellphones and walking into
a sidewalk cargo elevator.  People do the stupidest things!

Most people under 40 are totally addicted to their smartphones.  They are constantly staring at the screen and scrolling/tapping, completely enthralled and unaware of what's going on around them.

Little do they realize that these neat little technological marvels are being used to surveil and control them.  Their every search, message, and movement is tracked and logged to a massive server farm run by the NSA.

These amazing little devices have made it possible for the wealthy "elites" to attain the total control over the population that they've always craved.

It's a brave new world.

My god, yes.

Was driving home from work one day. I was behind a vehicle whose driver acted like he/she/it/them/they/whatever was driving under the influence. During a straight part of the road I decided to overtake this individual to get a good look at the driver (and as said driver was going way below the speed limit).

Turned out it was a young female. Phone in one hand doing selfies while pouting with her lips like an absolute r3tard. Fully engrossed in the social media post she was about to do I could but shake my head in disbelief.

These days, as I am doing most miles on the road on two wheels this kind of riles me up.

I would be willing to bet that 75% of auto accidents are caused by the driver being under the influence or texting/using their smart phone!

I was walking along the Vegas strip earlier on my way for breakfast when I had to take an important call.
As I was going up an escalator I was quizzed by a gentleman of questionable character and mind as to who I was talking to and why I didn’t want to talk to him simultaneously.

How can you get rid of them when they are an essential part of you anatomy?

Mine sits on my desk and I never take it anywhere.  And if I am doing something like cooking a meal or eating it or watching TV when it rings I just ignore it.  If it's important they will call me back when I have time to answer it.  And I have no desire to play games or watch movies on the dam thing.

A few years ago I was walking to our Adult Center and as I was crossing the parking lot a woman drove in while talking on her iPhone.  She tried backing into a slot and hit the fender of the truck in the adjacent slot.  Without ever removing the phone from her ear she got out of her car and looked at the damage.  Then she got back into her car and drove off never missing a word of her conversation.  I lot her license number and gave it to the receptionist at the desk and told her which truck she had backed into.

A couple of years ago my wife and I were traveling by train across the Rocky Mountains.  We were sitting in the lounge car enjoying the magnificent scenery whil half of the people their had their eyes glued to that little screen.  They missed a great show!

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

Is Alexander Graham Bell the second horseman in Revelations? Sir Walter Raleigh and his big tobacco schemes was maybe the first.

They're building another 1 billion dollar facility near Baltimore.  This is in addition to the already massive facility located there:
