November 11, 20241 yr I bought the Standard 2024 on steam. Had second thoughts because some of the new deluxe and premium planes began to look good to me. Bottom line: I asked Steam for refund on 2024. 42 minutes later they emailed back that the refund was given. However, in the "reason for refund" box when I applied, I said that I wanted the Premium version. They may not have refunded if they thought I was going to later downgrade, instead of later upgrade. So far I have not purchased the upgrade. Did get the refund. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Did get the refund. Refunds of pre-orders are always guaranteed on Steam. I don't think it matters what you put as the reason. You're also guaranteed a refund for released products if you do it within 2 weeks of buying it and you have less than 2 hours in it. Edited November 11, 20241 yr by Tuskin38

Steam's refund policy is basically no question asked until you play a game for 2 hours, or until 2 weeks after the purchase, whatever applies, and neither apply for pre-orders unless there's an early access. I've pre-ordered the Premium Deluxe version too. Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting. https://rationalwiki.org

Microsoft (Jorg) only became aware of the issue from the chat window on one of their live streams and were quite surprised to hear about it as aerosoft hadn’t told them ! 787 captain.
