Me too. Had 2 fantastic sessions today with the map mod, now sim is unusable. Connection issues then says minus storage required which I wait to go when connection restored. I then get in to Home. If Im fast enough I can start flight but CTD soon after. Except well done Asobe they cant even get a CTD to work right, I still have to close the GAME in Steam launcher.

The outage is being reported globally.  Ignore the Southeast US on the Services page, this is just being escalated.  It is being reported globally.  

 

I think this team has risen to their level of incompetence.

I have been following them very closely. If they can get their graphics up to snuff, I am gone. This is word not allowed.

Nah, still got the same error but it did go right through installation manager with the error rather than asking to install -/ 

 

20:52 Z (15:52 EST)  - stuck on screen shown in prior post - AFTER Lost Connection / Green Reconnect

Clicked on Continue and five minutes later was shown the world map - selected an aircraft and location and clicked on fly - CTD two minutes later while still loading the flight

I can get through the home screen (Marketplace greyed out) and load a flight, but after about five minutes, CTD.

This is incompetence on the highest level. People should be sacked for this.

I'm getting INTO a flight then sudden CTD after painfully entering the following plan into FMC 

SKPS.02 ANKA2B ANKAS G675 CLO W3 RNG DCT VASAG DCT MD402 DCT ISTAX DCT MD403 DCT SKMD.20

That was PMDG will try the Lear but reckon it's back to P3D tonight....

Same here.  Attempted to start MSFS2020. It went to the update download page and it quickly flashed a 300+ GB was coming (that's what the page looks like, page title is INSTALLATION MANAGER).  it is now stuck at this page with "/ 0B" at the lower right where the download progress/speed are reported.  Has been in this state for 20+ minutes. 

Waited for one hour, no change in the above so I ended the MSFS2020 task with the Win11 Task Manager.  Wishing everyone happiness, joy and most importantly patience in this holiday season.

I finally bought 2024 a week after launch, hoping the connection problems were over, and did a proper comparison last night. It doesn't look any better than 2020, and has way more stutters. So I went back to 2020. Now this. 

MSFS2020? Neh, already uninstalled.............................
