December 21, 20241 yr Nah, they don't. It's injected traffic, not generated by the sim. Don't know about LNM, but I think that was the reason why it would need direct integration with BATC.

Otherwise TCAS wouldn't work either. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Some traffic does show up on the G1000 & 3000. You can also download their traffic Map from here https://www.beyondatc.net/download MSFS

December 22, 20241 yr Since this is a BATC thread... I just wanted to say, been flying with BATC couple of flights now, and while of course, scripted AI is no comparison to humans (VATSIM), I find myself pretty much enjoying my flights even without VATSIM. The lacking of VATSIM, lots of traffic and full coverage, is where BATC makes up. If I really want, I can switch to VATSIM any time, if controller is online, but honestly, for normal operations, it's completely sufficient. Even with basic voices. I think I never enjoyed more an airport (LPMA right now) where I had to look hard for a parking spot! Edited December 22, 20241 yr by Simon_C

It's a shame (for its users) that it won't be updated anymore... I guess that in time it'll become almost unusuable (specially when you move to MSFS2024).
December 22, 20241 yr BATC will soon have a real AI (LLM) added: For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
