Doesn't matter which simulator I've had or still have. Always had some kind of a problem. 2024 is being buggy as well for me. Thank goodness for other hobbies. You're right. I have made the point before that these simulators have significant problems. The server issue doesn’t seem to be improving. It’s not always a guarantee you’ll access the game when you want to. I'm not saying FS2024 is good/bad but after its release things went downhill for FS2020. A. January 11, 20251 yr Yeah, did a flight, during app it started to stutter like crazy, landed, restarted and stuck on checking for update screen. I mean, some people like me waits all the week to get a little bit of time to do our beloved hobby, but im tired. 7800X3D / 7900XTX / ROG STRIX B650-A / Corsair Vengeance 32GB 6000mhz, etc etc.

January 11, 20251 yr The bad thing of these problems is that users now think their installation is a problem, start tweaking and deleting and what not..... then the server issue is gone... and then indeed the installation is not working anymore. January 11, 20251 yr It's the second time i have started MSFS2020, "checking for update" which lasted at least 5 minutes or more, and when loading it took me 12 minutes and once i got to the main menu CTD. A solution or wait for a Microsoft update? Server problem in my opinion?
