No callback and got the same "Please call back during regular business hours" message today. Looks like PCAviator may not be aviating anymore, which is a shame because I made many purchases with them.

Unfortunately it's radio silence from Aerosoft too (I asked if I could get the upgrade based on receipts and serial numbers from my PCAviator purchase).

Ditto and ditto.

Concerning PCAviator CRJ purchase. I emailed them and got an answer on April 4:

".... we will be adding that [the CRJ V2 files] in the next 24 to 48 hours"

That would have been the 6th or 7th. Today's the 10th and at 2:45pm EDT the CRJ v2 is not listed.

So I ran into another problem in 2024 - huge stutters in midflight. I meant stutters so bad that flying CRJ become a slideshow. Switching to external view and back sort of cure those problems until they come back again This airplane is definitely not compatible with 2024 yet!

Well I just flew a flight with it in 2024.  I didn't have a slideshow.  The CRJ does seem to perform worse than say, the Blacksquare Piston Duke, but it did not degrade to a slideshow for me.

I can fly for hours in inbuilds 350, but with CRJ I had  terminate less than 45 minutes. Did you try to fly two hour legs with CRJ?

Just flew a 3 hour leg with it in VR and didn't experience degradation.

Do you use navigraph?

I flew about a 2.5 hour leg.  I will fly a longer leg next time and see how it does.

It's not performing all that well compared to other aircraft I've flown in '24, but it definitely wasn't a slideshow for me.

I had Navigraph Charts open standalone and also in the EFB.  I do not have Navigraph Charts on the sim toolbar though.  I haven't gotten around to installing that yet.  The only things I had in my Community folder was the CRJ, the two navigraph folders, Bijan's biome mod, and KMCI scenery by Tropicalsim.

I suspect it may something to do with enroute charts that I opened while flying (in EFB)

Yeah no problem there for a 3 ish hour flight.

Anyone have issues with steering?  I was on my way to my first full flight and after GSX pushback I could not steer at all.  NW Steer was off for pushback then on for taxi.  Hydraulics were set.  The tiller, pedals and rudder did show movements.  Test flights before worked fine (used "ready to taxi option to test).  I tried setting / resetting the steering option in the EFB (and saving), set rudder and then also tried tiller in FSUIPC, the removed from FSUIPC in did in game.  In each case the rudder, pedals and tillers all moved as expected, the nosewheel did not turn and the AC would not turn.  After giving up I exited the flight, restarted still in sim and used ready to taxi to test and steering worked.

was the nosewheel steering switch on?

Off for pushback then on for taxi.  Cycled it on and off several times as well.  Also tiller would move, it does not when N/W STEER is off.  Trying another flight this morning, will see if it repeats...
