April 22, 20251 yr The Switch 2 hardware is pretty weak though. I can see the rumors being true for PS5, but I doubt it for Switch 2. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM
April 22, 20251 yr Wrong, just wrong? Now that HAS to be a Greazer post.... yep, it is. CPU Ryzen 7800X 3D RAM 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz GPU GEFORCE RTX 4090 Monitor AOC AGON AG352UCG UltraWide G-Sync @ 3440x1440 Internal Storage 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD External Storage Three 4Tb HDs
April 22, 20251 yr Why is it wrong and why 'shame on these Devs" ? Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting. https://rationalwiki.org
April 22, 20251 yr If it can run on a XBox, why wouldn't it run on a Playstation or a Switch ? Good for MS/Asobo if they manage to do that. It would widen the customer market and thus the incomes.

I'd hazard a guess it's some attempt at Greazer to show off some kind of elitism and console players are not allowed to sim as PC players do, as they're "gamers" and we're "simmers" so we're kind of step above console players. I really don't know if they were expecting some kind of support with that mentality. I do look forward to the mental gymnastics that is their answer, if they ever do answer. Though they tend to have a habit of making extremely contentious posts and saying nothing further to explain themselves.
April 22, 20251 yr Can you imagine how horrible it would be if the flightsim ecosystem grew, more add-on developers came to the market, users had more choice, total FS exposure grew and the market adopted FS as mainstream? Yeah, I can't find the negative in that either... Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
April 22, 20251 yr These guys aren't here to please Peter or Paul. They're doing business, period. Even if they disguise it in a friendly atmosphere and supposedly care about our aspirations. And we would be very ill-advised to blame them for it because if they didn't make money, they would quit overnight, and it's us, the "old" PC simmers, who would suffer the most. - PC Hardware: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D // Asus ROG Crosshair X870E HERO // 2x32Gb Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 // ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition // 4Tb Corsair NVMe M.2 MP600 // Corsair 1600W PSU Samsung Odyssey Arc 55" curved 165 Hz monitor. - Simulator Hardware: VIRPIL Constellation Alpha Prime + VIRPIL VPC Universal Control Panel - #3 + MOZA AY210 Force Feedback Yoke + WINWING URSA MINOR 32 Throttle & PAC Metal + WINWING SKYWALKER Metal Rudder Pedals + WINWING Airbus FCU & EFIS + WINWING Boeing 3N PAP + WINWING MCDU-32 + WINWING PFP-4 + WINWING PFP 3-N + WINWING PFP-7.

April 22, 20251 yr Makes sense from Asobo's viewpoint, years ago we never thought a good sim would be on X box, and now that is old hat. More gaming consoles, more revenue. No surprise there.
