July 24, 2025Jul 24 I just started my PC and sim for the first time since Wednesday morning and the sim did not update. I am still on beta 1.5.18 (MS Store version). Any idea how to get this new beta to install?

Every sim update (beta or standard update) has been installed automatically when I start the sim. I don't think MS/Asobo wants multiple versions of the beta running at any given time...

They should advertise it just a *bit* better Hello @pstrub, Yesterday's Developer Livestream was mentioned in the Thursday blog post last week: Quote As a reminder, our next Developer Livestream is next Wednesday, July 23, 2025 starting at 10:30am PDT (1730 UTC). You can watch our panel of Jorg, Seb, and Martial respond to questions from the community, discuss the upcoming development roadmap, and reveal other changes coming to the sim live on our official Twitch channel. If you’re not able to watch the broadcast in real-time, we’ll also upload the VOD to our YouTube channel afterward. And also in the Thursday blog post from the week before that: Quote Finally, we are now accepting questions for our next Developer Livestream scheduled for July 23, 2025. If you’d like to pre-submit a question to the panel, you can do so at this link. Additionally, we announced that the Developer Livestream was starting on all our social platforms (@msfsofficial on Bluesky, Facebook, Threads, and Twitter). Thanks, SeedyL, MSFS Community Manager

July 24, 2025Jul 24 I didn't see this mentioned anywhere. In the .19 beta, in VR, you can popout the MFD and/or GPS and drag it to an external monitor. No big deal except that it now works/updates. Thinking it was a fluke I flew one flight with the PA28, exited the sim, restarted with the 172 and it still works. This is a game changer for me as I use mixed reality in VR. Since I haven't tried to do this in a long time, I'm not sure which update this was implemented. I9-9900, 32 GB RAM, RTX 3090 FTW

That's cool, be good if they can fix the long standing bug whereby the toolbar windows don't remember their position when you move them, they broke that early on with 2020, is that fixed now? July 25, 2025Jul 25 How far away is this from a release candidate condition? SU2 BETA at the end ran well for me.
July 25, 2025Jul 25 A new SU3 Beta update is expected next week: Quote The team is currently preparing a new pre-release test build which will include performance improvements and new options to reduce/eliminate static aircraft, fauna, etc. as discussed in the recent Dev Q&A. This beta update is targeted for middle of next week. Source: https://www.flightsimulator.com/july-24th-2025-development-update/ Vincent B.
