That's usually related to having an outdated/incompatible addon in your Community folder. Try launching the sim without any mods enabled and see if you still have that issue.

This happened to me with lots of iFly liveries used on msfs 2020, what fixed it for me was running MSFSLayoutGenerator.exe (latest version 1.1.1.0) inside each not working livery folder, then the sim started without issues. You could try, couldn't tell you because for now the iFly and PMDG 737-800 are the only ones I'm flying in 2024 (PMDG 737 didn't give me this problem). I can tell you that this worked with lots of third party sceneries also, that weren't letting me start msfs 2024. I made this procedure kind of mandatory with each folder transferred from 2020 to 2024 community folder. SN737
