September 25, 2025Sep 25 Nice, but after watching this, I can't help but think JustFlight need to update the HS748 and get that out of the door. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). September 25, 2025Sep 25 it does support simbrief import in the EFB like ini's other aircraft. It also supports both LIDO and Navigraph charts. It supports the WT, PMS, TDS GTN650 and you can remove it all together, all configurable in the EFB. There's no cabin states Edited September 25, 2025Sep 25 by Tuskin38

September 25, 2025Sep 25 Excited to get home to try this! I hope that it meets the systems fidelity of the old FS2002-2004 era AFG one at minimum. Aerosim made a less detailed one for FSX around 2006/7, but that was it for many years due to 32-bit vs 64-bit compatibility. I've been waiting for a YS-11 for a LONG time so I'm hoping this fits the bill. There are a plethora of liveries that could be made for this representing global operators, so I'm hoping we see most of the "operators" list from Wiki eventually for both 2020 and 2024: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAMC_YS-11
September 25, 2025Sep 25 I have always had a soft spot for the YS-11. Flew on one between HNL and OGG way back in like 1986 or 87 on Mid Pacific Air. A beast of an airplane! Will be fun flying one of these around Hawaii and Alaska.

Click on the plane and then click Free Trial. You actually have to click on the little icon of the plane as if you were going to buy it. I'm actually pleasantly surprised. The sounds are pretty good - I compared it to a real video of one taking off. It's not 1:1 obviously at this price point. But it's got that old turboprop droning sound. Circuit breakers work! I pulled these two landing lights and the lights were off from external view! I think there's an issue when using the GNS430 with CDI set to GPS because my VOR instrument and DME bounce around. Not sure if thats intentional. Since the last flight was in 2006 not even sure if the real one ever had any basic GPS installed. The storm scope (I assume thats what it is) appears INOP. But the overall "clickability" (thats my new word) of the cockpit switches and stuff is decent. And it looks great. I hand flew it around this morning... not bad at all! If a person is into older aircraft with character this would be one to get!
