If it's a plane we like and there's no other version out there we take what we can get.😶

Coincidentally, THIS is one of those for me 😁

the problem is they leave too many glaring bugs that aren’t fixed, and I’m just not willing to continue to patronize them.

and to be very clear, I’m not talking about Fidelity/Complexity (a la the expensive Black Square), I’m talking about Features Carenado themselves chose to include which just don’t work reliably.

This x 1000.  While I generally prefer more complete (study level if you must, though I don't care for that term) aircraft, I happily flew many Carenado planes back in my FSX/P3D days.  Some of them were very much guilty pleasures and I got plenty of bang-for-the-buck out of them.  The problem in MSFS is the bugs that can't be corrected by the community, as often happened pre-MSFS, and that never get fixed by Carenado - some of them pretty glaring and fundamental to normal operations.

That's a hard pass for me as well, and I truly wish it were otherwise.

It suks when the plane you want and buy will turn out to be a disappointment.  It's almost a sure bet 😆

Who knows, maybe this one will be special.

Flight Simming is my main hobby, so I'll be getting the B390IA. IMO it will be decent enough to enjoy it while travelling from A to B.

Carenado knows full well that there will be plenty of simmers ready to buy their rubbish planes.

And, given what WT has done with the default avionics, why would one even touch one of those Carenado rubbish planes that you actually have to pay additional money for?

There are plenty of default choices in the sim:

1) Citation CJ4

2) Citation Longitude

3) Cirrus Vision Jet

4) TBM 930

I fly all 4 of those regularly in MSFS 2024 with no issues.

And if you want to try the default new Epic avionics suite: The PC 12 is not good but serviceable

Exactly! I like the simplicity as it makes up for my lack of years of training and experience as a real world pilot. (I do have  35 RW hours in a Piper Cherokee 140 from 1975, so that helps some. Just enough to get me in trouble most of the time, tbh...)

It's Carenado.....I'm simply buying it for being a minimal basic point A to B flying experience and I collect 3D aircraft models that atleast have decent exteriors.

The Premier is super cool looking.

Asus Maximus X Hero Z370/ Windows 10
MSI Gaming X 1080Ti (2100 mhz OC Watercooled)
8700k (4.7ghz OC Watercooled)
32GB DDR4 3000 Ram
500GB SAMSUNG 860 EVO SERIES SSD M.2

I recall the days (...the times when we had two flight simulation magazines, the still-surviving PC Pilot and the long-defunct Computer Pilot...🙂...) ...

when Carenado used to give away free (GA) aircraft along with other scenery products. They have been around since a very long time with us (so, some credit is due), filling the niche for some of us non-professional-grade simmers...🙂...

Their models, indeed, visually look pleasing, as already stated, but, of course, I would not count on all the buttons, knobs, and switches of the cockpit do what they are supposed to do ...🙂...

Anyway, I'll look for this one in the Marketplace. Thanks for the heads-up.

Happy flying...!

Quite a few galring bugs from people in the WT discord...even obvious model errors like the aileron clipping into the wing lol.
