iniBuilds A300-600R V1.0.7 out

If I remember correctly, it pulled the weather and auto filled it correctly. Next time I fly it, I'll try entering it manually and see what happens.

Really nice to see as the premium version was always a poor performer. I might bring it out the shed again at some point.

I think i need to add the A340 as well. It is only money.

Regarding the inability to calculate take-off data:

Apparently, you must uninstall all versions of the A300 and then reinstall.

The update doesn't work (sometimes?) as an update.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get CPDLC to work in the 300 and Ive set it all up properly. Works fine with the PMDG, Fenix etc.

Not only that, they added passenger stairs, which was much needed, but did not add a selection button for them to the ground services menu!!!   It doesn't happen with the Freighter, but with the Passenger version, it is impossible to remove the stairs.

Here am I , all ready to go, after a 45 minute full preparation.  There is absolutely nothing I can do to remove these double stairs!!!

The stairs option is missing for me too, though I don't see any stairs at all.

I stopped flying it because of WASM crashes.  How are folks doing with that piece?

Same here.  There's the 'Toggle Jetway' command and that seems to work if you're at a stand with extendable jetway, but I can't see any provision for stairs and there are no stairs visible when I boot the aircraft up.  Maybe a question for their Discord?

This update is a mess.

So, there is an issue with the EFB Panel States now, where when you select one, the 'confirm' button does not appear.   I then found that you have to select the panel state, come out of the panel screen, and the 'confirm' button glitchily appears.

Not only that, they added passenger stairs, which was much needed, but did not add a selection button for them to the ground services menu!!!   It doesn't happen with the Freighter, but with the Passenger version, it is impossible to remove the stairs.

Here is the EFB ground service, with absolutely no reference to the stairs!!!

There is an option in the options page to have the stairs or not, in cold & dark state.  But for me at least, that setting does nothing.  The stairs are there when I load in and cannot be removed.

I tried setting the panel state to "Ready for takeoff" and the stairs still were not removed.

Had to bail the flight and I'm deleting this version until INI fix all the issues they've introduced with it. (None of these issues existed in v1.0.6)

No need, I will pass the issue regarding the stairs to the team. As for the overlay conflicting when selecting the panel state, currently you can select the panel state, wait a few seconds and the original message will clear as the confirmation button isn't missing, it's behind the original menu used to select the panel state, it is known and logged

I'm happy to see the landing sounds that we previously had in 2020 will be fixed. It was really disappointing to see they were supposed to be fixed in this update... I've been asking for these to return for a year since it sounds so much better in 2020. Funny how the small details like this can make a difference.

I've only done one flight so far, but there was no WASM crash.

In the A300 I never had any WASM crash since it came out. The A350 and A340 are other stories.

I've never had one either.  I've only ever had one wasm crash and it was the 777

Never had one WASM crash with the A300.

The only WASM crash I had are with the ATR. I had a couple of flights with the A350 but no WASM crashes till now. Never had one with the different PMDG.

How is time compression enabled in MS2024 for A300? The moment I increase it with CTRL+ it reverts to 1. And I cannot find an option anywhere (like in the A350) to enable it - in EFB or FMS?

There's a dedicated page on the EFB, for Ini's own custom system. Press the small gear/cog icon in the top right of the EFB.
