I can probably do that; I’m at sim right now and then I have a weeks worth of work away from home, but once I’m back I’ll get to it.

Awesome. Can’t wait to learn from an expert! Love the Caravan.

No mention of trim changes for every single flap change, and rudder trim for power changes.

That's what i'm curious about too. The flightmodel has always been Blacksquare's weak point, in my humble opinion. There is almost no engine torque / rudder input required for any of the single engine planes; the Caravan, TBM 850, Bonanza. I'm hoping he's improved on this for the upcoming Caravan.
Allthough i prefer the analog caravan (and still like Black Square planes a lot!), i keep returning to the SWS Kodiak, which at least behaves more realistic in this regard.

Interesting to hear someone else say this as I too have found the same, the flight model just seems bland across that entire fleet. I tend to assume I am just missing something and ignore it, but this kind of confirms what I have thought for some time, to the point that I am no longer excited for the next aircraft. The systems depth is impressible but systems do not compensate for a weak flight model, at the end of the day the systems are not so dissimilar from plane to plane and what needs to stand out to me is the action and reactions when the aircraft is moving.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

Real Deraps

Let's just go ahead and release now.  It's probably the 17th over in Bangladesh right now.

I am glad they finally made a printer friendly manual.   The black background is terrible.  I had the original saved to my ipad because of this but I like having a printed manual for reference.

Can someone answer what that round menu is in the video posted by St Mawgan? Is it a chaseplane thing or something? Found it. Flow by Parallel42.

The round display on the bottom right is a free widget for FlowPro.

I’ll take A2A’s flight model any day over anything else.

That said, IMHO, the BS flight models are pretty good (at least as far as the Turbine Duke goes).

In contrast, it’s taken years and years and years for SWS to finesse their flight models to a level that I’d consider to be acceptable.

I don’t fly them that often mostly for that exact reason. Maybe they’ve improved in the last year or so, but I didn’t see anything in re that lately.

And given that their systems depth isn't on par  with BS or A2A, it’s become difficult for me to maintain enthusiasm for their addons.

In contrast, the FSW LearJet already flies well, and they assert they’ve raised it a few more notches by taking advantage of FS24’s new physics features.

I’m awaiting the MP upgrade availability and am definitely going to jump in once that’s available.

The Starship will have to wait. At least BS gets my money regardless.

Has anyone actually gotten their discount code? It’s not in my account under order details/activation as described in the email notification so I submitted a ticket.

Edit: Wow Just Flight has fantastic Customer Support! They responded to my ticket within ten minutes.
