  1. Great timing, Looking forward to testing this tonight , Yesterday I did flight into Dublin & missed the ILS because of the bug above & ended up landing in my mothers back garden .....she was not impressed 🙂
  2. Going to give this a go tonight
  3. Sounds like the account that you are using does not have the correct ADMIN rights Try running the program with admin rights
  4. Its Fantastic , Totally recommend it , Read the manual & you be flying (Pardon the Pun), No more OOM's , just waiting Aerosoft to make some of their products more compatible (AES) .
  5. Hi Windows 7 is constantly defraging , so no need to run after every install, If its an SSD drive than you do not need to defrag , With regards rebooting , always good to reboot - Reboot after every install maybe not necessary - Reboot after several installs - Why not ? Wont hurt Regards
  6. Very good news & another good step in the right direction , Might make the leap in 2014
  7. Here you go Thay can model this
  8. Hi Windows 7 use the snipping tool ? Start >> All Programs >> Accesories Windows 8 - Frame it & post it to a PO Box , I am sure windows 8 has the snipping tool somewhere Regards
  9. Hi Try downloading .Net or Re-installing it , Usually solves most problems with installations & microsoft products http://www.microsoft.com/net Regards
  10. Do not install it to the default Location , Install it to the Root of your drive (C:) if you do not have any other drives or partitions , Turn off the UAC , Turn of Automatic UpdatesWith regard 32bit applications needing to be installed to the Program Files(x86) not true , They can be installed anywhere , I have and FSX drive installed on my PC at home (D:) I have everything thats associated with FSX installed on that drive including FSX itself . I have no errors and the OS & FSX run happily along side each otherAny Q's , Ask awayCheersPaul
  11. I would just install the one downloaded from the NVIDIA site , Run the .exe that will take care of the old driver & install the new driver ...I usually check the Nvidia forums with regards to any problems folks have had with new drivers on the OS .....If anything sticks out I hold off ....I installed the new Nvidia drivers last night on Win 7 worked fine , Also install Nvidia Inspector to handle FS9/FSX
  12. Hmmm , I would just go with WIn 7 + FS9 , Just turn off the UA settings in Win 7 , U should be fine
  13. Should be good to go , Either way when you install in the OS system on the SSD , you will be starting from scratch , Everything wil have to be reinstalled again , regardless if it was uninstalled in the first place as the new OS would not recognise the software as being installed in the first place as there is no entry to it in the registry .Just make sure windows just installs on the SSD & it does nothing with the other HDD.CheersPaul
