I managed to reproduce it. Pause the simulator while in external and switch while paused to vc. Once you unpause the simulator, the external model including the pilots dissapear.

To be honest, I dont know for sure. I didnt move any viewpoints around and I am fairly new to xplane so it might just be me. I'll try to reproduce this again in an hour or so, will let you know.

When I pause the sim I think I get the same dude breaching my cockpit. Theres also the headset visible in front of the captains MIP but it dissapears when I unpause the sim. Not sure if this happens everytime. Will check it tonight.

Go into Nvidia Inspector and delete the fsx/p3d profile.

Basically you should be able to use any software, as long as it can open and edit .psd files. I remember reading somewhere that Adobe released Photoshop CS2 as freeware, had something to do with not being able to maintain the activation servers if I remember correctly. It might not be the latest version, but it will do just fine. Don't know if it runs on the latest versions of OSX. Let's see if I can find some info on it. I don't know if DXTbmp will run on Mac. Creating a .ptp file can be done by installing the paint manual and then exporting it to .ptp through the operations center.

Fonts dont come as an exe, you can just install the font file itself most of the times.

Wouldnt installing the font from the fsx/fonts folder solve this problem, if it is in the folder?

I can't wait! I just purchased the NGX for P3D yesterday, I will get both the 747-400 and -8 for P3D on release date probably and that will be the end of FSX for me I think

787 would make the most sense. I don't see them selling much training licenses for either the 757 or 767, wich they would probably sell for a fairly new aircraft like the 787.

You should be able to log in on the aerosoft site and get the sp1d update with the operations centre there. I can't check for you since I bought it directly from PMDG, but i've seen this problem a couple times now on these forums.

Yes they are, in the same order from the front to the back of the plane so you can just mirror the tails.

#10 is aircraft leasing company ILFC. The others I don't recognize but I will see if I can find some info on them. Edit: I see Mohammat already mentioned #10 as ILFC which is correct, and #15 as Transbrasil which also should be correct.
