Which airport are you flying into? Usually circle to land approaches are hand flown. I know coming into Chicago Midway when they're using 22L, ILS 31C is used to circle minimum then the aircraft is turned to the north to complete the circle procedure for landing. Section 5.73 in the FCTM explains how to set up for a circle approach but there is no use of the FMC.

I don't think there's much of a problem taking a picture of the Janet plane, but when Obama was in Chicago the other day, they base the helicopters out of a nearby airport where I work and the SS was demanding not to take any pictures as they were putting it in the hangar.

KMDW has short runways as well. Approaches that may challenge are ILS 31C circle 22L and the ILS4R circle 13C.

My teacher would talk about how they can just download the data from the flight recorders onto a jump drive from the cockpit and review the results of your flight.

Make sure you set it to "run as administrator"

I've had this happen on occasion. My fix was to just hit the full screen command "Alt+Enter" to exit and re-enter full screen mode again. Hope it helps.

SWA uses 20 for their cost index. But I've see as low as 8 and up to 74 for different aircraft.

Check your failure menu in the CDU (FMC). you may have had a brake failure. It does happen if your not careful. I've had this happen a few times.

The only time I've experience the freeze was when I started the aircraft from cold and dark. Engines running I've had no issues.

Agreed! Pictures are great, but without pictures you can use your senses and make it feel like your really there! Cant wait till it's on my drive, I'm getting excited!

SWA 737NG is not fitted with the pulsating lights only the classics are
