What kind of improvement can you see with DX10?

I found the problem for me, it was DX10. I disabled it and it works. Maybe you should try the same?

Hello everybody, I decided to give FSX a try again because of the pmdg 777, DX10 fixer, REX and all the other high quality addons. Also got a Nvidia 680 so i can use the inspector now! So I did a clean install with acceleration. I then followed the guide found on Avsim. Added a couple tweaks, set up nvidia inspector, and did the DX10 fix. My FPS is amazing, BUT there is yet again another problem with FSX! There are black squares everywhere over my scenery! I think this has to do with DX10, but ill post the screens below and let you have a look. Thanks!

So are they making the entire plane? Or is it kind of like Coolsky and McPhat working together?

Over here on X Plane I miss it, I wish it was available on this software, then this would be the best sim out there!

Hello everybody, a while ago (7 months+ i think) I purchased Windows 8 but quickly switched back to windows 7 because of all the issues with joysticks for FSX and so on. Now, since it's been a while and I switched to XPX and P3D V2 is coming "soon" i'm thinking of switching back. I did really like it unlike most people. I'm just curious on whether I will still have joystick issues or anything else. Thanks! P.S I have been hearing quite a lot about Win8 8.1. If i re install Win8 should I update to it?

Hello fellow pilots! As it says in the title I am going to start a new channel all about aviation. I will upload the videos taken from my flights in real life, as well as P3D and XPX. I need a little help with a name, since I will keep this channel for a long time and hopefully one day upload videos taken from the cockpit of an airliner. Any help would be appreciated!

Well I dont think a titan or any card above a 680 would help. FSX is CPU based and getting 30 FPS with addons in a big city seems almost impossible to me.

I give it a 7 or 8, it's a great piece of software but lacks the number of high quality of addons FSX has (PMDG, ORBX, Fly Tampa.....)

I would recommend their 757 or 767, the 707 is really good to. Don't buy the 777 (don't know why you would anyways since PMDG is coming out )
