Download the OneDriveSetup.exe file from the official Microsoft page and install it on your PC. Then you will be able to transfer the user directories from OneDrive to the local disk C:, and after that you can finally delete OneDrive from your PC in a legal way. I've been using Time Zone Fixer from SimElite Solutions since FSX. And if you don't enable hdr in Prepar3D v4.5, then during twilight periods of the day everything is more or less normal with lighting. And this +/- coincides with real time. But will Time Zone Fixer work in v5, who knows...

I completely agree with you, I also noticed that hdr settings together with Dynamic lighting affect the lighting at dawn and sunset.
