So how does the PMDG 737NGX compare to...

Recommended Posts

Hi guys!Since you all (FSX guys) hunger for the new NG release, what about in the meantimespend some 2 hours in a Norwegian 737-800? / Leffe
I think the SAS dvd from "Aero presentation" is the best NG Dvd around at the moment, there are problems with sound quality but it is a good DVD.

- How about the FPS of the PMDG 737 NGX? When flying in the 747X my FPS is pretty good so I can assume I'm getting (almost) the same FPS with the 737 NGX one? :(

Quick Q to the devs... I know, again this is a small detail, but referencing this (admittedly old) pic:PMDG_737NGX_VCovh_01.jpgI feel the nav transfer and display switches have an angle that seems a bit odd. Assuming they are of similar switch type like, say, the fuel pumps, the "not-centered" angle would be significantly smaller, eh? Just wondering, as I just thought it looked off, somehow, when I browsed thru the pics. Maybe it's been changed in the meantime, or maybe it's just realistic as it it. Thought I'd simply ask.sig.gif

I can't see what you see, but any odd angle is either how it is, or just how the "camera" took the picture.

I think I know what you mean Etienne. I think it's just your eyes messing up because of the angle of the picture.

The picture you are showing is ancient (in development terms). Those have been realigned long ago :( .

Thanks, that's what I had hoped to hear, and it's no less than I expected. Glad to hear my old eyes aren't playing tricks on me yet either. :(Big%20Grin.gifsig.gifBTW. Has RAAS been mentioned by anyone yet? Just thought about it, and it seemed feasible for an add-on, but I haven't seen one so far. :(

Some people should really consider a "weekly-basis" for forum attendance. You guys should try, there's life out there, which is really worth living.Give this place a break for a wile, most of you won't regret :(
Ah, but I have an iPhone and I often check on the fly. ;)

Just ordered the parts for my new PC build so PMDG take all the time you need. :( I hope the kids were not expecting Xmas presents. Big%20Grin.gif
