October 14, 201114 yr How would you know? They would just release it instead of saying OMG IT WILL BE RELEASED IN 5 HOURS Look at when the NG was released back a few months ago, no fanfare, just everyone was refreshing the PMDG site, and an announcement was made. Dont be a cynic, I am confident it will come this year Exactly what I was thinking. Brendan Chen Learning to use and getting use to FSX!
October 14, 201114 yr 11 pages here, but no SERVICE - PACK !!!!!! It's crazy here.................. That is PMDG Master Support.
October 14, 201114 yr The original post (Posted 30 September 2011 - 03:17 AM) in this topic said:"Captains- Lets get the bad news out of the way first: We are delaying the SP1 release and the 600/700 release for AT LEAST one week, possibly as many as two."So today, October 14, 2011, we should be hearing something about SP1. October 14, 201114 yr Yeah we will see. The release of the NG is a very different thing to releasing a service pack, so that comparison just doesn´t fit. But I will wait and see, maybe something will be said today, maybe not. But I don´t think that the SP will come out today or in a few days. Oliver Donner

So today, October 14, 2011, we should be hearing something about SP1. no, we shouldnt. it says "at least a week" so its more than a week and it says "possibly as many as two" but it doesnt say "exactly 2 weeks" or "between one and two weeks", it says "possibly as many as two weeks. that could also mean 2 weeks and a few days Tebin Ulrich

"possibly as many as two." meant no more than (actually somewhere between one and two weeks would do it) two weeks to get SP1 out the door. Then they could turn their attention to the NGX models 600 and 700 (payware versions). The final development and release of these would be sometime after SP1. October 14, 201114 yr Honestly people! What on Earth is a matter with you guys. It will be released when it's ready. It's a service pack, you aren't being notified of a win on the lottery.

October 14, 201114 yr I like them taking their time....love it....cause when people rush...FSX is what happens.I think people are starting to take this too far.....between my job, wife, kids, 4 day old newborn, and life, I find thay I have no problem not dwelling on a software update....Might be about time some people get some additional hobbies.....I know there must be some itmes on your "honey-do-lists" that still need completing that will hold you guys over...lol William Sequeira

The rest of your message is good too! I've recently taken up sports as a hobby, realising it helps my health as well! So I feel I was a lot stressed waiting for the NGX's release than I am now. Definitely a good advice! Brendan Chen Learning to use and getting use to FSX!
