Near Nagoya in Japan (RJGG) there's a whole bunch of good ones. There's the Wright brothers: ORVIL and WILBR and a whole bunch of bar themed ones if I remember correctly (CARDS, DARTS, LIQOR and so on). Looking at the Japan en-route chart they also have SUGAR and SPICE in sequence on an airway.I think there's also a US airport with a Start Trek themed procedure, but I forget which it is.

I found 2 more at Brisbane (YBBN) PLUGG and DRAIN.I would love to be in the Office that decides the names of these waypoints hehe. Im sure I can find room for PMDGX =)

What i really like is the FUN VOR (Funchal VOR) near madeira, the approach there is always funny, so the name is very good :)

I always kind of liked the CRAZY WOMAN VOR. There are a LOT of arrivals and departures with funny sequences of words. Atlanta has the BUNNI arrival, with DUMBB and BUNNI in sequence. A lot of the RNAV departures out of KATL reference sports teams like the Braves, Falcons, UGA (blech) Bulldogs, and GT Yellow Jackets. (WooHoo)I've also seen on US High charts HEVAN. So you might one day proceed direct HEVAN.

Even more interesting, that VOR takes its name from a creek that it is near in WY; which, according to wikipedia, has several legends as to the origin of the name.

That's interesting and something I would have never known if it wasn't for flight simulation!

The OMs for runways 10 and 09R @ KORD are DEANA and LANSE... the typical call to tower is just "inside" the OM.. so it would be "Tower XYZ is with you inside lanse/deana. All I can say is i'd rather be inside Deana! This is the rather dirty joke amoungst Chicago area pilots.

There's a part of Interstate 76 in Philadelphia that's known as the Schuylkill Expressway (as it follows the Schuylkill River, which is pronounced School Kill, but blended and with our funny accent). The BOJID1 arrival to PHL (the part for landing East) ends with SCOOL KYILL EXPRS WHEYYThe JIMGE2 arrival from the south that overflies New Jersey ends with JRSEY PIIKE EASEY PAASS (NJ Turnpike, which uses EZ PASS auto toll transponders)
