I'd like this too, especially if it can be retroimplemented(I know, not a word), into the NGX.

Provided it can be turned off then go ahead and add it, I won't use it. It can take up to 45 minutes to fully fuel a 744, so no thanks.

I'm all for having the MD-11 style refueling option on the T7 and 747v2. I was surprised to not see this in the NGX, considering they went out of their way to add so many features and convieniences for theuser, but I'm not disappointed. The more realistic fueling option does add to the immersion, giving us another task to observe from the flightdeck during preflight, and as mentioned by others here, if they coded it for the MD-11 it makes sense to carry that feature over to these other heavies.

It would be great to have this implemented on the NGX and the upcoming projects. It really adds to preflight ops to have fuel loaded relistically.CheersNeil

...and it does not use any animations as its all just behind the scenes code...
Yes it does : ) In spot view you can see the wings slooooowly bending down because of the continuously added weight. So i like this feature very much too +1

That animation already exist, with or without "realistic refuel option".

I liked it in the MD-11, too. It is a nice touch. I'd compare this feature to the time it takes to align the IRS: some people have it set on realistic and wait (or do other preparations during that time), others use the "instant on" option.

Talking of the IRS, some people that aren't familiar with the 777 will be like.. #####? Ha! Just one button on the Overhead.

I am another supporter of the PMDG MD-11 style fuel timing for NGX/777X/747V2.

If its going to be real time the someone HAS to teach me how to do fuel calculations, I don`t want to sit around loading and unloading fuel until its perfect :P
