- the team is spread out all over the world. They are most likely contractors, not employees, so they dont report to a cubicle in an office. Because of this PMDG doesnt even need a commercial office.... most likely its in his extra bedroom.

Thats correct, we're all spread out, I'm in Canada, theres a couple guys in the USA (Rob, Ryan, Vin, Paul, Peter), South Africa (Henning), Greece (Michael and EV), Russia (Alex) and Belgium (Armen).The flags on our aircraft house colors represent the nationalities of the team.We are all employees, I am an employee of PMDG, Rob deducts and pays my Canadian taxes.FWIW, I have an office in my house, its my aviation den :-P

I watched the whole conference video and Im wondering, what airline do you get the contracts from? UA don`t have 777-300ERs and 747-400s that have the GE CF6-80C2 or RB211 engines so who else do you work with for that data?
