I skipped the manual (for now) and went right to doing a quick lap around KHQM.. Stunning. It has everything that I felt was missing from the Orbx Lancair.. It has personality and soul. It feels like a living breathing piece of machinery. Approach and landing came absolutely natural. You could feel out the aircraft very well and kind of "sense" what was correct speed, flap settings and approach should be and ended up greasing my first landing. One of the most notable things compared to the other is I feel the slowing down and drag effects are much better. I could slow down and approach in more quick manner where the Orbx Lancair I felt I needed to start my approach 5 miles out just to slow down enough.

Great job, now to get back and comb over the details. :)

Same here, I have to get up at 5:30 tomorrow morning.

Just installed the aircraft and now I am firing up FSX for taking her out on a short hop!

It just feels like "owning something", you know what I mean? A good feeling!

Well! Brilliant! Landing is 'speed management' heaven. There'll be enough superlatives hurled around in here so I'll just say Very well done Rob. thumbsup2.gif

P.S. Will there be a paint kit? A la Duke

Took a longer second flight.. Amazing aircraft.. You know how much I absolutely loved flying it? 20 minutes in I realized I hadn't even switched to external view yet to even see what it looks like! :LMAO: So on that note I will also add the aircraft inside and out looks absolutely brilliant. And the sounds. Holy cow. Everything makes noise and the prop cutting through the air audio is splendid!!
