BBS A330 about to release

Featured Replies

Someone had mentioned that in the BBS 320, the toe brakes don't work. Before I take the plunge on this one can someone confirm that they do or do not work on the 330?

They work for me at least.

Cool, I will probably give it a go when I get home and start working on a Delta paint.

At least my CH product pedals work just perfectly with both of those.

Hey, no I'm not an airline pilot, I was fortunately talked out of it in my early 20's ;) Ronan is on the A320/330, best thing to do is head over to somewhere like smartcockpit or airbus driver.net

Thanks for the heads up there Flex. Will dig a bit when I can have some serious free time :D.

BBS of which I knew nothing about, is making some waves. They will give them a chance to prove themselves with these two products and whether they go to fullfilled and completed product that is working with very few bugs and great quality.

No I dont have alot of money on disability, but for sacrificing a few things and for the love of flight simulation, im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.  I saw the features list, what other reviewers said, and most important is active development and listening to customer feedback so that fixes can be implemented in an efficient manner.  Its very flyable now and can only go up if they maintain their commitment.

meh, Im not crazy about the VC, it looks like someone "made" it vs the NGX which actually looks like the real thing.

There was a sort of guide on avsim somewhere I believe that showed the Boeing/Airbus equivalents as in LNAV and VNAV. I cant seem to find it. Anyone have the reference link? Not worried about the FMC guide as it is already so close to the MD11.

Im trying not to make this a push button simulator as it seems to be compared to coming from Boeing aircraft.  I did a 320 tutorial flight as a reference and it was more like data entry. takeoff roll and push the AP and that was it. Sure Airbus is gotta be a little more involved than that.

That VC looks very cartoonish to me. Maybe I am comparing to the NGX and AS Vc, however, it still looks yuk.
