I would like to see Flightbeam's KPHX and KDEN in FS9.  I hope they also make KMSP.

Who wouldn't :) but unfortunately they don't see it to be Viable like their sister company FSDreamteam to continue development of FS9 as with the new techniques available with FSX/P3D it makes it way to difficult/ "expensive" to port back for little result as new models will need to be constructed...

I must say though I was over the moon to see LatinVFR do TJSJ for FS9 after they stated that they wouldn't due to the development reasons above....Yes it is visually different in the surrounds to their FSX/P3D release but man its still amazing and grateful for the support!!

It's harder to stay motivated

I understand completely Sidney.

You are one of the few remaining 'true believers.' I remember you from before the Lago disaster.  Along with the late Leon Louis and David 'Opa' Marshall you have become an institution in FS9 land and sit alongside Michael Pearson, Roger Wensley, John B. Loney,  Shaz and John Hinson et al.

Your creations have brought untold joy and pleasure to thousands of simmers,  such as myself, who tried and failed miserably at scenery design. The vast scenery libraries at popular websites, including Avsim, bear witness to the freeware scenery creators craft ... even now, 11 years after release, active, ardent simmers still rely on freeware to 'fill the gaps.'

Another example.  Flukey, immediately above,  contributed mightily to VOZ which led to the creation of ORBZ (for those a little newer to our pastime/hobby/life.)

Yes Sidney,  our numbers may well be dwindling, it's only natural after all,  but your efforts  are appreciated even more.

Salute!

For those who also have the ImagineSIm TJSJ, if you want, you can move a few files from it scenery into LatinVFR and get the moving ground support traffic and the marshallers.  I also had to move two aircraft parking spots just slightly to avoid collisions with the ground traffic, otherwise it works just fine.

Appliance, that's the nicest email/post I've gotten. Thanks so much! I've always enjoyed being part of this community. I've gotten so much great stuff from others and I'm very pleased to be able to give something back. My work is hardly the most sophisticated, but I do it for my own enjoyment and have gotten a lot of satisfaction from it. I must in turn thank the real geniuses who have made the great programs, freeware and payware, without which I could do zip. A big tip o' the hat to Lee Swordy, Konstantin Kukushkin, Arno Gerretson, Jon "Scuffyduck" Masterson, Don Grovestine, Luis Sa, and all the others.  :drinks:

FYI, I'm currently working on KRDD Redding and KICT Witchita.

KCLE for sure!

I would also like to see UDYZ redone and AES compatible (the freeware scenery is outdated and there is no AES support).

Nevertheless, the UDYZ freeware is still one of the best freeware sceneries available. I wish we had such "outdated" sceneries for many airports without any rendition... ^_^

Dubai (OMDB).  Because of a leveling error (my phrase) in "dubai2004," the landing gear sinks. Taxiing to a gate leads to a spectacular bounce by the aircraft.

I would like a good Warsaw scenery. I have a freeware version, but the ground turns a solid green color in spot view.

Already under development by Drzewiecki Design.  Quite protracted since EPWA is undergoing substantial alterations which DD understandably wish to incorporate.  In the meantime the same authors have available Warsaw City, including satellite airfields Modlin and Babice, to wet your appetite while waiting.   ^_^

Cool! I did not know Drzewiecki Design will be making Warsaw. Looking forward to it, I have all of his other Polish airports and I love them.
