I may have to get this one! I have a feeling that by the time I have FSX 'customized' to my liking, I'll have spent a lot of money then new 'gotta have it" enhancements will come along and I'll spend more $$$...

The PATC forums seem to be down, but I tried a flight with 1.4 earlier. Unfortunately I couldn't get past clearance; the co-pilot asked, and received a reply, but he didn't confirm and switch channel to ground (he's controlling comms etc). So I was a bit stuck!

So will anything change when I download of the download page?

 

 

Yes, that is why I suggested it, the automatic update is missing a file.

That is correct, they are just update files and do not include an installer.

Anyone help me make a descision on buying pro-atc ? I tried voxatc but it gave my 737 ngx a problem, it cause some textures to be missing. Looking for an alternative to Radar Contact....

Whats the catch lol

A bought this in its early days but NEVER managed to successfully complete a flight with it.  Was hoping this eventual update would sort it, but I still get problems.  Cant even start a flight now.  Controversial as it may sound, FOR ME, it's been a waste of money from the start.  So sad as I believe it had great potential.

Yesterday I requested a nick Dougal to send an email to the developer so he could get the full install file for the new version. The reason why Dougal might not have gotten an instant reply is that the team is currently working on releasing a hotfix for the 1.4 version (hopefully resolving the auto update issue for good).

 

In case you happen to be the same Dougal, I hope you will try out the 1.4 version from the full installer and post a log on the main forum if problems occur.
