Does this require for me to update my nivdia driver?

 

I have an old GTX670 which I installed almost 2.5-3 years ago and I have not updated my driver since... 

 

It has been working fine so far so I have not updated it

 

 

The reason I am asking is.. I got an apphangb1 CTD when I played with it a bit... I am not sure that was what caused it...but now I am suspecting anything and everything.

Definitely download the latest driver that may help you big time as I think your card should be able to render this function

 

Make sure you use a good driver cleaner as you stated its been a long time since last video driver loaded

 Dynamic Reflections setting at the highest.

 

Now that's a great demonstration of dynamic reflections.

 

JIm, What are you trying to say?  Surely you're not suggesting the GTN750 dev team share their proprietary details to LM so they can be added to the SDK for all to use?    hehe

Oh heavens no, lol. Merely the temptation - since seeing those reflection shots! Can I give up my GTN for a while for the reflections? It's like that horrible song from the 80s, "He's an old hippy and he don't know what to do, should he hang on to the old or should he grab on to the new" :smile:

Why would you have to give up the GTN in order to have reflections?

The GTN currently doesn't work in 3.1 - probably only for a few days though.

I had to give it up. I am regretting it however. I have my IFR checkride in a few weeks and I need to practice 

So its safe to say with or without their knowledge reflections have just put Flight one on the spot.

 

Could someone please send a delegation to FlightOne and let them know  just what is at stake here as we await GTN update.

 

Cause F1 may not be aware GTN is currently blocking reflections. 

 

Tell them         GTN update = New cool Reflections = Happy Customer

Please don't, they put it on hold for 3 days every time someone tells them to hurry up, lol.

 

(that was an attempt at humor lest anyone take me seriously) :smile:

Rob sorry for the off-topic inquiry, but I'm curious if the 3.1 patch did anything for the F406's squirrelyness on the landing rollout for you?
