Yes, I just uninstalled it because I initially installed both VC and 2D.  I have reinstalled with VC only and can confirm that the MCDU's and the LCD screens pop up as separate panels.

Thanks Mark - any difference in performance now - what resolution monitor are you using it on - full screen ? and on par with T777 ?

Saw a video developer mentioned he was using P3D version for personal use with this bird so makes sense it wont be to long  the Matt Davies developer interview video if interested

I saw that video too.  I know he said he was using it.  But, I feel we're going to have to wait for all the FSX stuff to be stable/support for that platform to calm down first.  Who knows how long that will take.  Then too, if they wan't/need to get bug fixes found in FSX version into P3D version before release, we could still be talking a pretty good amount of time yet.

I've been so tempted to wipe everything and re-install FSX just for this A/C but I don't know that I could go back to FSX any more.  I'd love the airplane but hate the sim.  Plus, I'd have to buy AS16 FSX license and I'm not sure what else.  So, it's just sit and wait and watch all the FSX users enjoy it while I continue pretending the AS version is anywhere close.   :Tounge:

I agree Kevin guess we will have to wait and see

I'd be quite fascinated to see a pic of the main 2D panel, just out of interest.  Does anyone know if there are any screenies of the 2D panels out there? I could only find pics of the VC on the FSL website.     Not that I'd leave VC flying to go back to 2D!  But be interested to see the main 2D panel(s).

Question for the gallery - is there currently a preferred program for swapping pre-set fsx.cfgs and other settings on startup?  I seem to recall ORBX once had one (FSX Go?) that worked pretty well, but don't know if something else has come along to supplant it.

Reason for the question - I'm still on the fence about the FSL A320 - looks like a masterpiece and I'm definitely interested, but I'd rather not go through the extra labor of toning down my settings just for the bus, then bumping them back up again for everything else.  Having a one-click "configure for FSL Airbus" option would be a nice convenience.  Let me know if that's a realistic hope.  Thanks in advance!

We have many customers running the A320-X already in higher resolution and it works fine.

Thanks, glad to hear that's not an issue like it was with Concorde.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question! I am getting more excited by the hour. I like Dave's idea of making P3D an Airbus sim LOL This addon seems to be the best!

Guys.. P3D is a whole different Sim (now) and I can't see anything about "buggy plane", just the usual things. If the beta for P3D is going well (and I pray to lord and all his angles that this is the case), we will see the FSL Bus in P3D pretty soon.

I will not buy another Sim (FSX:SE), Steves Fixer and AS16, just to have this plane now. I think the P3D version is well worth the wait.

And I am pretty sure, Lefteris and his team also want to have the bird in our hands (P3D).

Very happy to meet Lefteris on this forum (that I just begin to read): he was so patient to help me. The FSL support is great. I never saw that with any other developpers.

I want to thank him (and his team) again.

that is correct and I do have to admit that of fellow developers. A lot of them are very eager to assist - I am very happy though that I was able to assist Francois today with his issues, he's a very nice guy and had only good things to say about our products.
