5.123c is out, try it

Problems have been reported in the Beta cycle for FSUIPC v5.123c, suggested work around until Pete gets a chance to look at this ... revert back to v5.122a.

Cheers, Rob.

GSX (or does that fall under Couati...?)

I myself also need the Majestic Q400 and A2A Comanche before I will start to think about updating. And ProATC but I don't think that one is version dependant.

Under Couati, am sure ProATC is fine, no idea on the Q400/A2A but properly fine J

But since FSL and the MadDog MD80 don't need 4.2 I just wonder why I need to? No rush now for sure.

On my case, because of the multiple VR updates and the support for WMR devices (just bought a higher resolution Samsung Odissey to use alongside with my Rift).

I had/have 5.123a. Had the same issue as with 5.123c.

Since it appears fsuipc breaks v4.2 and Pete is not back till February 20th, looks like I and anybody else that relies on it is stuck until then with 4.1

Can anyone who has the new 4.2 give us a pirep of what they mean by the whole UTC fix? Can one go to an airport and finally beable to get local time at that location at that time by pressing UTC or can you set local time in a zone that you are in and then when you move to a new time zone it updates to the correct time from the main UI page. Really interested in all whats been done to address the time fix.

Also very interested in this. Have been putting in a lot of Oculus hours over the past few days with the PMDG planes, and I find that the NGX stutters a bit too much at times for comfortable flying. It's good in 4.1, maybe great, but I'm hoping that 4.2 will be better. Glad to see that LM are doing such a lot of work in v4 overall with VR, they appear to see it as an important technology for their customer base.

No one needs anything in the world of flight sim - but for what it's worth, MD80 will work with 4.2, and I'm pretty sure you'll be able to fly the FSL bus sometime this week in 4.2 as well.

Having said that, I'd like to hear a bit more about active sky, PTA and FSUIPC - there's plenty of reasons to be concerned about the latter two. And I haven't seen any mention of Rex Skyforce, either.
