July 4, 20187 yr Can not wait to try these birds. Started saving $$$ and hopefully by Dec, I shall have the time to play with these shiny new birds. How I Evaluate Third Party Sim Addon Developers Refined P3Dv5.0 HF2 Settings Part1 (has MaddogX) and older thread Part 2 (has PMDG 747)

Pushing the thrust levers into the FLX gate actually puts a smile on my face. I also had a go at my first LOC DME approach having been showed how to do it yesterday and it really does it all remarkably well. Without wanting to derail the thread into the thorny subject of FS Labs recent woes, I for one am glad that they are still in the business of making aircraft. For years we’ve been crying out for a true study level Airbus that performs and looks great. Many have tried (a few not very hard) and none have ever hit the sweet spot. But this really does. I agree it does, not one other bus out there comes close truly a masterpiece 🙂 André

July 4, 20187 yr Hi: I am attempting to install some liveries but when I try to install the liveries, the "P3Dv4" is blocked out on the livery install box. I've requested some help on their forums but anyone have some ideas I could try? The airplane is loading and working fine in the sim., but I just cant add liveries. I've done a fresh full install (twice), run the installer as admin with anti-virus off. Thanks. Edited July 4, 20187 yr by Dreamflight767 A. In your case i'd assume that the registry key pointing to the P3D install path is corrupted, but then you would have had issues installing the Airbus itself. Anyways, may be worth to check the "AppPath" value under HKCU\Software\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4
July 5, 20187 yr Thanks for the help. It appears I have 2. One has Lockheed Martin with P3Dv2-v4 and v4 SDK Than I have another Lockheed Martin with just Prepar3D A. July 5, 20187 yr I think I have found my new favorite jetliner. These new immersion additions are really, really nice. July 5, 20187 yr Thanks,Anders for that. I am currently at the FSL Forum but see no link to Register my newly-bought A319. I thought that took place when I first installed it within p3d and the online activation.? Maybe I am missing seeing a link to Register? Rick Almeida
