Yeah, saw that as well, reason why I check it regularly. However, I haven't seen it mentioned since then. October 27, 20196 yr Remember it's the weekend, not sure if the French work weekends (or at all - just kidding put the pitchforks down!), maybe they'll get some access on Monday. http://www.phoenixva.org PVA1103 Robert Stevens
October 28, 20196 yr Well as of a few days back I'm in. For now they say just sit back and relax. I don't usually do Alpha or Beta testing, but let's see... http://youtube.com/c/Greazer
October 29, 20196 yr Wew... still waiting for this build... i'm kinda thinking that they have a few more goodies they'd like to bake into this next build before testing and are as such holding back a little until they can get that compiled and ready for us..
October 29, 20196 yr Watched pots never boil! 🤣 We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically. October 29, 20196 yr IMHO even though the "Alpha testers" were notified of their selection, the release of the Alpha may still be weeks away...... so they were right to advise to seat back and relax... too much, too soon....

That wouldn't make sense in relation to their roadmap. They clearly stated the release window opened on the 24th and Wave 2 is coming up in a few weeks. I suspect there's another reason for the delay, like the delay in getting all the acceptance emails out on time. October 29, 20196 yr This is just speculation but something tells me they're going to drop the Alpha right after Episode #3.

October 29, 20196 yr To be honest, I don't care if MS has a delay for all the tech alphas, it's very hard to stick to roadmaps but development is a complex world. It's just nice they are so transparent and are willing to show their aims. http://www.phoenixva.org PVA1103 Robert Stevens
October 29, 20196 yr In fact, this level of open communication and embracing of the entire flight sim community (and to an extent, anyone with an interest in aviation) is a veritable breath of fresh air for a project of this magnitude snd conplexity. Kudos to Asobo and Microsoft, please keep it up.
