Haven't heard of that, but it sounds extremely bogus to me. If it really was a thing it probably would have been on the NDA during the sign-up phase anyway.

October 26, 20196 yr This wouldn't make any sense, since most likely at least 90% of the people who have applied for alpha are using P3D.
