Best thing to do while you are waiting...

1. run Windows Update
2. make sure their are no pending Windows 10 Updates
3. Make sure all updates in Windows Store are currently installed, and all XBOX apps are installed and up to date
4. Make sure your local time and language settings are correct

This will save you time and headache when it is released on your region

I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

Completely uneventful. Downloaded, installed and flying within about 40 minutes. Well, okay, about extra five to set up HOTAS.

with a push - wsreset - reboot now is downloading

Had heard stories about MS store before but have to say it was a completely painless experience for me. 1 hour start to finish with no errors or warnings.

I've been trying for 3 hours now to get it to download without any luck. Crashes after coming up with the "press any key". You wouldn't believe how many possible fixes I've tried so far, lol. Still no joy.

Intel Core i7 8700k clocked to 4.6GHz, GTX1080Ti, 32GB DDR4 RAM, MSFS installed on NVMe drive, Windows 11, Dell 27" 60Hz Monitor + Dell 24" 60Hz Monitor. Resolution 1920x1080. Game Mode on, GPU scheduling enabled (Win11). MSFS settings: High-End for airlines, Ultra for GA.

Started working after I left clicked, but now stuck on 49% with fs base 0.1.

Smooth here. About 4 hours to download and install.

Man I've seen some bad game launches but this is special.

Hour 11 and am up to 58.16 GB. Looking at 20 hours to have it installed. Thanks Australian government for your fantastic broadband........😩

Starts a package, gets to 10%, restarts the package multiple times. Been trying to download some Baron package for the last 20 mins. Slow (although I guess to be expected), but seriously, they can produce what may be a very good sim but the download and installation is a complete shemozzle. I hope the simming experience is better than this.
