they are.  But unfortunately the zombies will eat them alive for it.  Not sure if openness is the best answer.  Theres a reason most devs maintain strict radio silence, and just release things when they are ready,

By the way I am bit confused, Jörg mentioned about Sim update which I guess that should come by beginning of November, is this coming patch the update that he was talking about or we will a sim update different to the patch?

Because they didn't change it. There is nothing to go back to. They have to investigate what caused this first.

Erm, it clearly states they are not started yet and are backlogged. I’m not sure how much clearer they can be. 

Good to see that the „press any key to start“ screen seems to be gone next Tuesday. Unless ‚fixed‘ means they changed it to „press ø to start“ or „press æ to start“ 🙂

Indeed.

We asked them to be more proactive about where we stand with the issues and suggestions and here we are now.

In fact I can't remember ever seeing a developer being so open to the community on what they take into consideration and what they are working on in what relative order.

You can really see that they are dead serious about making this the best platform available.

Whether they achieve that goal remains to be seen, but they are definately taking the right steps in working towards it.

I honestly don't know what people want more, they are indeed very transparent and even for software company, they are very brave giving such Roadmap and setting expectations. I am software engineer and I have always avoided giving such a roadmap in order to avoid unfortunate delays and that could make the users upset. But really Asobo went above and beyond on this and they deserve credit for it. With this momentum, I am pretty sure we will see a solid sim by next year with PMDG on board :). 

Nice work, there's world updates for NA and then Central & South America, but I really hope there will be updates for Asia as well. This region severely needs it more than any other region. Especially South Eastern Asia.
