I meant in terms of giving it exposure with a review on my youtube channel, which generally gets most add-ons a few more sales when I do that. 😉

Ah.., ok, yes, that's a loss for them of course. Also, I  would really want to read your review on that plane.

Slightly more info in their forum here on AvSim... wherein they do confirm this is a Beta version.

Could anyone who has successfully installed this on Steam let me know what their Steam path looked like? It still won't accept mine which is G:\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages. Thank you!

When I installed to steam, I had to create my own Community folder under the MSFS install folder e.g. M:/MSFS/Community. I got a new 1gig SSD (disk M) specifically for MSFS.. Disk M was my new Steam Library disk

Yes, this initial release is a Beta, and also is Fysimware's first MSFS release. I'm confident any significant bugs will get fixed, and history shows Flysimware never charges for updates.

Looks like a nice aircraft except it MSFS detected crash as soon as Widgeon  touches water

From Todd2's picture, he was able to land it on water.  Maybe there is some setting you have that is different from Todd2?

Installer refuses to work for  me. It throws a VB runtime error and final install page has grayed out "browse" box and am not able to "type" within the path box. I'm sure Flysimware will fix at some point. it just will take more time than I'd like. I think I will try to re-download, but don't expect anything different.

Auto crash if gear are down when you touch water for all the amphibs I have flown so far...just a guess as I don't have the plane.

A re-download made no difference, have contacted Flyimware on website.

Good luck, it seems they released this and then turned off their computer, I've tried via 4 different channels and no response.

Maybe they had so many emails, they decided to save it all for Monday...............

He is in the US, so depending on where he lives, he might have released it and gone to sleep. 🙂

This is actually the case! Mark (Flysimware) frequently works through the night until the sun starts to come up. I will try to contact him today and make sure he is aware of the issues reported here. As past Flysimware customer's will tell you, Mark is support oriented and I have no doubt he will get on this issue very quickly.

Great news! This is my first Flysimware addon so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it sounds like we'll be sorted out before too long.

I have gear bound to honeycomb bravo. I tried started at sea port with both gear up and down and crash was detected in both cases
