Here is a great example of someone jumping to conclusions.  This is a quote from a post you made regarding how you think I will behave regarding the DC6

"It will happen, you are enjoying it because its a recent release.  When PMDG and other developers release currently used aircraft, this one will not interest most at that point."

I just pretend a DC-6 was restored in whatever livery I'm flying.

I dont care for pretending its 1958.  I like immersing myself in real world current day flights.

It never got that much attention with P3D. The plane is basically the same, but MSFS makes it really shine. Being the first really complex add-on for the platform (sorry CRJ) also plays a role.

Some real 6 routes...  My plan is to simulate Alaska Cargo ops, something I've never done in all my FS years...  I'm just blown away they had this video tech in 1958..

Who knows you may be right for some and not for others.  Does it matter?  It’s still a pretty phenomenal plane and just what the community needed at this time.  Even if your predictions were fully realized it will nonetheless forever be considered a milestone in MSFS’s history.
